Registration/Bidding

You must be a registered bidder to bid. You may register on the home page of IconAuction.com. All lots have minimum bids. Maximum bids are encouraged and increase your chances of winning! By placing maximum bids, you authorize Iconographs/Icon Auction to raise bids on your behalf to the next highest bid (usually 10% above the last bid). Maximum bids (sometimes called Proxy bids) are set by bidders for specific lots and are confidential.

Buyer's Premium

Iconographs/ Icon Auction imposes a ZERO PERCENT (0%) buyer's premium to all lots. Iconographs/ Icon Auction reserves the right to raise the Buyer’s Premium at any time.

Image/Display
|
|
All photographs in the auction are lab produced high quality photographs and have been stored in an acid free environment. We do not sell pre-printed autographs, ink jet photographs or laminated photographs (unless otherwise noted).

Guarantee
|
|
All autographed items are guaranteed to be authentic without time limit to the original purchaser. If any item sold by Iconographs/ Icon Auction is declared by the original purchaser to be not be authentic, we ask that the purchaser supply us with one (1) written statement supporting that claim signed by a competent individual who is an authority in the particular field.

Legal Disputes:

By participating in this auction, you agree to forego the right to a jury trial. You further agree that all legal disputes between parties will go before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and will take place in Las Vegas, NV.

Postponement
|
|
We reserve the right to postpone the auction for 24 hours in the event of an emergency. An emergency would constitute an act of God, a computer hard drive crash, or the malfunction of our auction software. Such occurrence is rare.
